Landed cost Weight & Volume

Hello team ,

Landed cost is set for the weight rate in P41291 , If the item has no UOM conv. set for the Weighing UOM and when the OP is raised the field ITWT is not populated also , In this case how the landed cost for the item will get calculated .

Please advice ,
