What is the best method to integrate a Biometric Time clock finger machine data with JDEdwards ?

Planning to integrate JDE (9.0/TR 8.94) with a Biometric Time clock machine. The integration required to move data between both the system. We are in windows platform.

What is the best method we can use for it ?
