Xadmin deployment fails with Error

Hi All,

We are working on XOffice version 16. We are getting error while deployment, below are the details

1: Apache Used : httpd-2.2.25-win32-x86-no_ssl

2: xcenter.properties value

dtv.deployment.StagingHostBaseURL=http://Ze42-v-xstortst:8080

dtv.deployment.StagingHostUsername=Pj4+MAAAAABekAauZ1q0hvOzYG5SMAOr

dtv.deployment.StagingHostPassword=Pj4+MAAAAABOxwrmaPM7+l8fIz5b61wD

3; I am getting "it works" when accessing  apache url http://10.42.204.107:8080/

4: Now while deploying in xadmin we are geting below error,

Please let us know how to solve it,
