What's the best way to update incorrect Tax IDs (TAXX) in F06176?

The Corp Tax ID was put in incorrectly at go live and now it's in the history files.  We can update it in F0713 and F06146 using the Tax Integrity programs but I don't see a way to fix it in F06176.  Thanks!
