Oracle workflow : Add attachment to response template

Hi

I am trying to see if the response template can be customized to include any attachments. For example when a notifier gets an email notification he will be given action buttons to take action on the notification. Now when he clicks on the action button it generates an auto email which contains Invoice number in header and a note in the body, here I am trying to see if an attachment can be included so that the recipient of that notification will have more info about the invoice.
