what is the latest version of CSTACCLB.pls for R12.2.4?

I'm able to find our version of CSTACCLB.pls with a simple query.  But I cannot find any information on support.oracle.com that tells me the latest version.   It could just be the way I am wording my query.  If anyone knows how I can get straight to the correct answer I'd greatly appreciate!
