Incorrect Activity description in SS work order

Hello all,

Question regarding Activity description.

When creating a work order in self-service page, we noticed that the activity description displayed in the work order is not the same as the real activity description as shown in the organisation or master item page of the activity.

I have also looked in the activity association pages and do not see anywhere the activity description shown in the work order. I cannot find the source of this "other" activity description.

Can anyone shed some light on this. The multiple versions of activity descriptions is causing some confusion with the users.
