UBE Sections / ER Missing

Hello ,

Today we upgraded our OS from windows 7 to windows 10.

After upgrading to windows 10, our CNC reinstalled JDE fat client again but whenever we open any UBE (Standard / custom) no sections / event rules appear.

It only shows a blank screen. Below is the screen shot of it.

What might be the cause of the issue.

Application release: 9.1,

Tools release: 9.2.1.0
