Commit by Lot Exp Date and by Work Center.

Is it possible to commit a specified item to a Work Order by Lot Exp Date, while still having the Manufacturing Constants setup to Commit to Work Center Location?  We consume the majority of our parts by WC, but would like to start consuming carbon by Lot Exp Date.  From what I can tell, the Manufacturing Constants needs to be set to "Based on Commitment Control" to commit by Lot.  I really need to do both, commit by lot for a handful of parts and commit by WC for the rest.  If anyone has a setup document for this, that
