Adding 'Partitioning' feature to existing Informatica 9.5.1 tool that is part of Siebel CRM package

Hi,

Our project uses Siebel CRM package where we have customized some functionality on available vanilla code. Due to huge loads, the execution duration is not optimal sometimes as there is no Partitioning license available in our ETL. Though we have upgraded from 9.5.0 to 9.5.1, the versions are basic with no extended features. In this scenario, can we buy this license for Partitioning without impacting any existing code ?
