BUG: 11877267 fixed 12.1

Hi,

i have taken over the responsibility of a new database ,  version 11.2.0.3.15 + Patch 11877267  (  Bugs fixed: 11877267)  .  i m planning  upgrade to  11.2.0.4

I searched for bug 11877267 , i see  it fixed at product version  12.1.

I want to ask that,  when db upgrades to 11.2.0.4 , the bug 11877267 will  be unresolved state.  there is no patch for  bug-11877267 in version 11.2.0.4  ?

i  m confused about patch policy at oracle.      what can i do for that ?  what is the right way  to follow ?
