Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to do scarp transaction for some jobs

Hi,

Business user are unable to do scrap transaction on some of Discrete Jobs.

They are getting error message as

"Invalid Quantity, please enter the qty."

Transaction is carried via Oracle Mobile
