How to define taxes in bulk in E-Business Tax

HI

We need to define about  100 types of Taxes with various percentages and with different conditions using Ebiz Tax. We are doing it on our stage environment manually . After successful UAT on stage environment , we want to migrate/ define them on Production environment,

Is there any way by which we need NOT have to define this Regime to Rate flow again on Production manually ?

Is there any API, Interface or migration scripts in E-BIZ tax through which it can be achieved ?
