what-if Analysis program output and record in whatif itf table is not same

I submitted What-If Analysis Program for a book whose current open period is MAR-17 and I ran the program for period range from DEC-16 to APR-17.

The output of the program gave depreciation projection forcasts for those 5 periods (DEC-16 to APR-17).

But only projection for MAR-17 and APR-17 are populaed in whatif itf table.

Is it correct ?
