How to add 'last SR Date' in UWQ

Hi All,

We have a requirement from our customer to add 'last SR Created Date' in UWQ. We create PM SRs (from contracts) for serials defined in contracts. Users want to check 'last PM SR's date' created for the serial in UWQ. Is it  achivable in UWQ? Find attached screenshots for this.
