Warning "you are not authorise to access this page" in ARM

Hi all,

We are using Hyperion ARM 11.1.2.3.501. We are facing a warning message "you are not authorise to access this page" when we click on source system amount drill down link under summary tab.

Can anyone advise why this is happening? the person who is trying to access this page has preparer role for this rec and even the same error appearing for reviewer too.
