TLS 2048/4096 sslcnapi files

Installed Siebel IP 16.11 on RHEL app servers/Windows web Servers. We are looking to implement an advanced level of encryption.

The SSEP folder only contains the files sslcrsa128.dll/sslcrsa256.dll or libsslcrsa128.so/libsslcrsa256.so.

It does not contain the libsslcnapi128.so/lissslcnapi256.so on the app server; and the web server does not contain the sslcnapi128/256.dll.

Where/How can we obtain the appropriate files? Currently, we are running IP15.8 with a similar setup. Are the missing files the same in IP 15?
