Unable to start specific services

Hello,

I have installed VM template (R12.2.6) in oracle virtual box and able to start application tier using following command

./adstrtal.sh apps

But i couldn't able to start specific services when i need, due to below error.

/*

[oracle@apps scripts]$ ./adalnctl.sh start

adalnctl.sh version 120.3.12020000.4

/u01/install/APPS/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier/perl/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /u01/install/APPS/12.1.0/perl/lib/5.14.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/Tie/Hash/NamedCapture/NamedCapture.so: undefined symbol: Perl_xs_apiversion_bootcheck

adalnctl.sh: Exiting with status 127[oracle@apps scripts]$

And also not able to check the status of services.

[oracle@apps scripts]$ adapcctl.sh start
