Changing Server time impact on EBS R12.2

We are considering changing the Linux server times for EBS db/app servers to Global UTC time from the current Mountain Standard time. We are looking into how it will impact the EBS application data since the Conc request start/end dates etc will be a different time. Will we need to convert those times as well in the tables? Not sure of other impacts, it is a very wide subject.
