WebADI-Error message return back to Excel

Hi,

We are facing an issue while returning back the error message to WebADI excel layout during importer call. In our case the Interface type is "Package.Procedure". But checked all the documents in Oracle/Blogs and everywhere the interface type is "Table" being used. So to return error message back to Excel sheet is it mandatory to have the interface type is "Table"?

Please suggest.
