Administrators group is not appearing for weblogic user in content server 11.1.1.9.0 after upgrade

We recently upgraded WCC to 11.1.1.9.0 from 11.1.1.8.0. after upgrade the UCM/IPM/Capture and SOA managed servers are up and running.

The issue we are facing that Administrators role is not appearing for weblogic user in content server 11.1.1.9.0 after upgrade. Weblogic user's authorization type is set to External. Now we are not able to upload document from imaging application.

Can some please suggest how to syn the roles/groups on content server.
