Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. PLM and some other times getting "No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 sec

Hello my friends,

I'm really stuck here. In the upgrade process we are testing some PLM screens and it seems they time out and give this error:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

I just can't find a solution or even where I can update parameters such as timeout or idempotent OFF or ON. If you can help it will so appreciated.
