  =================

  Issue Clarification :

  On: 12.1.3 version, department resources

 

  When attempting to borrow the same resource from multiple departments

  the following error occurs.

 

  ERROR

  -----------------------

  APP-FND-1206. The record already exists

 

  STEPS

  -----------------------

  The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

  1.  Define all Departments, Resources (check the shared flag), and Instances

  for an organization

  2.  Create CALLOUT resource

  3.  Create DXCCALLOUT department and assign the CALLOUT resource as the

  owned resource

  4.  Attempt to borrow all resources for all other departments, and receive
