Downgrade from 12.1.0.2.0. to 11.2.0.4.

Hi Guys,

I am downgrading from 12c to 11g.  It was the Developer's request.  Anyway I was just about done.  Reverted everything back but now the DB will not open properly.

Can you guys point me in the right direction?
