Issues with Internet Explorer 11 compatibility with Weblogic 12.2.1.2 after upgrading from 12.2.1.0.

After upgrading several weblogic domains from 12.2.1.0 to 12.2.1.2 we are unable to login to the admin console using Internet Explorer 11, the username/password are just blanked out upon clicking Login button. Tried adding URL to compatibility mode with no success. We can use Firefox to login without issue.
