OEM paging to Mobile

Hi,

I am trying to configure OEM 13.2 to page on Mobile for on-call schedule.

I have create a new group and assign mobile contact details for the DBA's as pager(short). After that i have created a new PROD incident group and incident rules to page for a event.

I am able to get sms on mobile. But i am not able to get page(call) on mobile.

Do i need to configure external gateway or other configuration. Can you please help.
