Financial posting batch getting failed due Error Service not defined.

Hi Support Team,

We are on 13.2.8 and while trying to post the data to Ebiz system we are facing the following issue.

2017-05-12 09:04:39,258 ERROR [pool-1-thread-2] oracle.retail.reim.services.impl.WebServiceConsumerService - Error::::Service not defined

2017-05-12 09:04:39,266 ERROR [pool-1-thread-2] oracle.retail.reim.batch.jobs.FinancialPostingBatch$1 - Posting thread for supplier group Supplier_6696 failed. Please inspect IM_POSTING_DOC_ERRORS for system error.

We have checked the IM_Supplier_options , SUPS,partner_org_unit,org_unit tables. the org unit for the store and supplier both are same. We have also observed that for the same supplier with different location the data is getting posted. Also checked the im_posting_doc_error there is no data and even there no information written in im_posting_doc table.
