Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Why is closed FA period cannot be opened

Hi

We also know that closed FA period once closed cannot be opened.

Can some one tell why ?

1)Do we have some financial regulations which do not allow reopening a closed FA period?

2)Is it a technical challenge from product development ? If yes can someone share the details?
