Tapedrive change in SL8500

Hi

I have had a FE coming onsite and chaging a faulty tapedrive recently. For some reason Our regular FE was unable to come, hence another FE was onsite to change a faulty tapedrive.

Unfortunately, he was not able to update the ACSLS server for New drive and serialnumber etc. I have been trying to figure out how it is done, but seems like i am strugling.

I have tried following:

  1. Loginn to acsls server With root.
  2. then further su into acsss user.
  3. cd to /export/home/ACSSS/bin folder.
  4. run the following command:
    ./config drives 0,0,1,8
  5. This keeps on giving me the following error
