if i delete and Transaction In OPM From MTL_Material_Transaction Table is It Impact the RG Register

Dear Sir

While doing Transaction on Live my user Done the  WIP completion transaction of two Lot (AA1234561 =20 ton)and(AA3456781 = 20 ton) Twice then delete that transaction through delete API through this the duplicate or exceeded Quantity has been corrected by I have doubt if the exceeded Qty hit the RG Register Part 1 then How can we solve that.
