Bitmaps not working only with "Siebel eChannel for CME" application

Hi All,

We are currently on IP 2015.

We have two applications with same srf.

On the application "Siebel eChannel for CME" no control Bitmap is working

but the same are working with the application "Siebel Power Communications".

Can you please help us with this and let us know if there is any other

configuration (may be through cfg/application) that is required for the Bitmaps ?
