Bank account access restriction to specific responsibility/user...?

In the same operating unit there are multiple bank accounts and multiple responsibilities have been given access to the same operating unit. Now i want to restrict access to multiple bank accounts in the same ou to single responsibility/user. Single responsibility/user should have access to single bank account only in the same operating unit. How the same can be achieved...?
