Siebel tools weird compilation

Hello,

We are making some BCs lighter for performance reasons. Every night on DEV server we have full compile.

I have noticed sometihing very strange.
1) First I copy srf from DEV server to dedicated client.
2) I launch dedicated client with server data source and the new srf.
3) I go to necessary view click on MVG applet and add new record. At this moment I receive below error and this is ok because I receive the same error with thisn client.
4) I open local tools with server data source and do NOT CHANGE ANYTHING and I do incremental compile for necessary BC "III Action KCS".
