Price Events (price change,clearance, promotion) are not changing from submitted to approved in RMS1

Hi,

I am trying to approve price events in RMS14, but its status is not changing from submitted to approved status even though conflict check seems to be success, no conflict found, and even if the item/location/zone is present in all required tables. Can someone help on this please.
