Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When attempting to create a new asset number , save it, the following error occurs.

Insert procedure failed with the following message:

EAM_ABO_INST_API_FAILED

We have 12.1.3 version.
