Object Retrieval Failure in PY enviroment.

Have not found this yet so i wanted to ask.  I had a request to publish/promote a UDO Composite page from Dev to PY.  went thru the steps to promote to PY and everything seem to go thru.  However when I get into the PY enviroment to do the approval, i get the message above about failure to retrieve.  I can see it and preview it just fine in dev, but cant in PY.  Has anybody had this issue and if so how did you fix it?
