Requisition Approval Path Terminated

Hi guys,

I have a questions about requisition approval path. I have requistion with one line, the status is pending, when I checked it in the manage requisition the requisition showed Line 1 Approved - Self Approved and when I have selected the Approval History link showed Line 1- Terminated, self approved by supervisor level and Terminated under manager level.

Can someone help to understand what Terminated status means? and what could happened.
