Conditional Suppression Not Working

Column B Properties:Suppression: Basic Options - Unchecked
Advanced Options - Checked (Filters as below)
Output of the Report is showing with Column B, if we pick the Current Month as Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Jun.
