Payment Connectivity with External Systems in R12

Hi,

Our bank wants us to connect via following protocols. In 11i, we would do programming at OS level to send the files to bank via PGP and SSH. I see some configurations in R12 such as Transmisstion Protocol Configuration. Does this mean we do not need any configuration at OS level and all PGP and SSH configuration can all be done within R12 Payments modules. Would really appreciate any input. Also how can we setup directory structure where we are going to push files to and have bank come and pick up the files. (or rather we push the filuie
