Problem logging in to Primavera P6 Professional R15.2

I tried to login in to Primavera P6 Professional R15.2 today and the message I receive is "Unable to connect to the database.

Would you like to configure the database connection now?"

What am I to do in a situation like this?

I have rebooted a number of times and repeated the attempt to no avail. Please help
