India - Check Delivery OM/INV Interface going into error

We are generating Excise Invoices from Delivery IDs. All of a sudden The Delivery IDs are not appearing in the Excise Invoice generation Request. But the Line status is "Interfaced" and next step "Not Applicable" shows. The error log file is attached.

Please suggest how to resolve it.
