HCM - How to zero out sick/vacation in JDE

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to implement a new process where we should zero out the sick hours accrued, after 9 months of Employee termination. We are thinking about writing records in to z-file and process them but not able to identify which PDBAs we should write records for. Please share your ideas how we can get this information or if there is any other ways to achieve this functionality.
