AR invoice tax based on Shipping warehouse

Hi, My client has a tax req where goods shipped to country A has to be taxed. But these goods can come from warehouse x or warehouse Y (X and Y are setup as Inventory org's) Only goods shipped from warehouse x should be charged to tax. One sales order can have two lines - Line 1 is shipped from warehouse X and Line 2 is from warehouse Y Tax engine should calulaute tax for only line1 How can this be acheived through EBtax. I dont see any Inventoyr org as one of the criteria under Tax rules setup
