in Agile (MOSC) Question

How to create an ECR(Enneering Change Requests) in a given status without writing a custom program in Oracle Agile PLM.?

We have the requirement of creating bunch of ECRs (in thousands, either through import or some way). OOTB import is not supporting auto creation of ECRs.

we are looking for the option of not requiring us to write a custom program. Please advise if there are any options...
