Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. HFM Services not Up

Dear team,

One of Our account is currently working in ‘disaster mode’ since last Friday due to

ransomware virus the HFM services are not able to up .

Most of the services are restored but we are struggling with HFM.

Kindly help on this with youir prior experience.
