What are the list of bug fixes when upgrading from Oracle database version 12.1 to 12.2.

We are researching upgrading from oracle database 12.1 to 12.2.  we are trying to find documents that would provide a list of bug fixes/patches for release 12.2.  I cannot seem to find any detailed documentation.  I have reviewed the Release Content Documents but can't get a listing of bug fixes anywhere.  Could someone point me in the right direction?
