Activating accounting license for Net-Net4500 SCX6.2.0

Need help in adding accounting license for Net-Net4500 SCX6.2.0, Oracle provided .tar media files for ECx6.4.1 and S-Cz7.4.0. Was expecting a license key only to activate it. Appreciate the response, thanks.
