Delete- Counters

Hi Team,

We would like to know whether we can delete the counters from IB instead of making Inactive by putting an 'End Date'. I searched for this however don't find the way of how to delete the counter row. For e.g. in the below screen shot we have created 3 counters against an item instance however now we need to delete the 2 counters. We are in R12.1.3

Please advice at the earliest.
