unable to login in Client Machine using WFR Users

Hello Experts,

we have installed the webCenter verifier in Client Machine in and able to access the batch also using the Administrator user and here Window Authentication is enabled for this project.

now when I want to login using the WFR AP Project Registered user Except the Administrator, I'm getting the Error as below.

Please advise what may be the problem and how to fix it.
