Is it possible to generate Negative amount CIP Asset lines from projects to fixed assets?

Hi All,

We have a issue where for one Task total amount is 41662.70 and interfaced CIP is 41691.70 and because of this CIP is showing negative ( 29 ). How can we resolve this issue.
